What do Fitnie members eat? Delicious, healthy and nutritious food! Diet plans based on your desires and needs will enjoy you to appreciate food while reaching your goals. You will be able to enjoy many healthy recipes without getting bored due to their sheer variety. The diet plan will be created based on your goal and circumstances. Those who desire to lose unwanted kilograms will have a special weight loss diet plan tailored to them personally, while those striving for bigger muscles will receive a diet plan for muscle mass growth. Fitnie is a flexible system with specialists ready to help you at any given moment. This will allow you to change your goal, diet plan and its’ menu at any given moment. Below is an example menu of one of our diet plans. As you see, you will most certainly not starve!

Fitnie.lt members can choose between sports at home or a sports club, and those who want

to start can start in just 5 minutes. morning exercise and prolonging it.

All Fitnie.lt sports programs are tailored to your individual needs and are matched with

a balanced healthy diet plan for exercising (gaining muscle mass) or weight loss (slimming).
